However, afte... read more My partner ordered half a duck breast with a salad. Despite informing the waiter of a mustard allergy, he assured us the salad didn't contain any. However, after the dish arrived, the dressing did contain mustard. We then spoke to the owner, who was present. He apologized and prepared the salad himself to ensure there wouldn't be any problems. We even received a discount on the bill for this minor hiccup. The owner was warm and attentive to his customers. Despite everything, we had a good laugh and enjoyed the food. We will definitely be back. See you soon at table 417!

And yet...... read more The hotel's appearance wasn't exactly inspiring (shabby fences and terraces, lots of overgrown vegetation, garden equipment in poor condition, etc. . And yet... The room was spacious and quiet (all you could hear was birdsong . The bathroom was equally clean and spotless, and the bedding was comfortable. The restaurant, with its rustic, country-style decor, served a variety of tasty dishes. The €11 breakfast was decent. And above all, the young, friendly staff were incredibly attentive – thank you to them! In short, it was a wonderful discovery, and we had a lovely weekend in this beautiful region of the Tarn. We'd love to come back!

The terrace is also very peaceful and quiet; honestly, it's perfect. P.S.: Chef Jeremy is the best chef I've ever seen.
