Do you really want the articles to be advertised as hot and ready, in fact ready. Wait 20 minutes for a pepperoni pizza type of defeats the purpose of me, little Cesar about hunger Howie's. Next time, I order. I think I understand, since the cashier Courtney said they don't have the volume of business to keep everything ready. The service was terrible. The woman working there completely ignored me and brushed off my question. I asked for marinara sauce, and she responded rudely, saying I hadn’t paid for it. When I offered to pay for it, she refused and said she would help me after serving the customers behind me. Even those customers looked taken aback by her behavior. Was today for lunch, Haven?t was in a few years at Little Caesars, so I decided to go to this and it was absolutely worth the ride, deep dish pizza was perfect, I am happy to go again soon!
I don't know what has happened there but there pizza is better than Pizza Hut. There bread sticks maybe pricey but they are awesome. We go around 4-5pm so thank the staff for me; when you go in.
Little Caesars touts that ordering a pizza through their app guarantees a freshly made pizza. Unfortunately, when I placed my order, I received a text message within just 90 seconds indicating my pizza was ready. The whole point of using the app is to ensure that my pizza is hot and fresh upon pickup, rather than just receiving one of their mass-produced "Hot & Ready" pizzas, which are usually neither hot nor fresh. While they did replace the pizza with one that had just come out of the oven after I raised the issue, I shouldn't have had to ask for that. They should stand by their policy; after all, that's the reason I keep their app on my phone.
Horrible pizza over cooked..we ordered extra cheese,half mushroom and half pepperoni. Well the joke is it hardly had any cheese on it.. dry.. then she rips us off on the price. Charged 2.00 for extra cheese that we didn't even get. And 2.00 for our side.. total 10.97 total RIP off. Never again. Nasty people too. Rude.
