The French Rooms - Bushmills

We had the chance to enjoy a late lunch here during our visit to Bushmills, and I’m so glad we did. Both the food and the staff were outstanding. We’ve even booked a table for lunch a few days later to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they kindly reserved the best table for us by the fire and the beautiful fireplace. The fish plate and cheese platter were absolutely divine—I could eat both every day without ever growing tired of them. While their hours of operation are limited, it’s definitely worth a visit for brunch, lunch, or dinner. Plus, the wine—Pinot Grigio and Shiraz—was excellent!

Delicious food and excellent service. The tarte tatin was incredible! I forgot to take any photos of it because I was too busy enjoying it!

That was absolutely delicious! The starter platter was a delightful experience, with each component complementing the others perfectly. The main course was stunning, and the desserts were simply heavenly. The vegan member of our group was amazed by how delicious the vegan chocolate cake was.

Looks small from outside, but goes back to reveal a very well presented restaurant pleasant ambiente with first class service with a smile (behind the masks) determined to taste my eggs royale, beautifully presented and delicious. exactly what I needed on a rather damp Friday morning. excellent in every sight. highly recommended. 5* they bring another opportunity to visit soon. the only part. not open daily!

All our food was delicious and full of flavour. Well worth a visit. It is more expensive than other restaurants though, and will only go as a treat.
