It is almost upsetting to have to write this review, but you did ask for feedback. The starters were cold, the main courses were incorrect, the service was friendly but completely ineffective, and there was a lack of management present.

The appetizers were decent, but the main dishes were lacking in flavor and effort. I ordered a vegetable curry that seemed to contain mostly frozen vegetables like sweet corn, peas, and green beans, while my husband's dal was unappetizing both in appearance and taste. Overall, the quality of the food was below par. We won't be returning.

However as someone who is quite regular there it would be nice if they introduced new starter and main course dishes as I've had pretty much most of the menu now and it would be great to try something different. Also, I don't know whether they have changed the table sizes, but they seem to be smaller, and it became a bit of a juggling act to have the popadoms, the tray of spices, our drinks and two starters on the table at the same time! Other than that, it was great to see the restaurant almost completely full and there was a great buzz and atmosphere in there.

The dishes were unique and delicious, though there wasn't a wide variety to choose from. We will definitely be returning in the future.
