Bibimbap 두 부가 - Busan

We really enjoyed the vegan mushroom bibimbap! Of course, they have to mix it properly with the sauce to have the perfect taste combination! we liked the atmosphere of a typical Korean restaurant and would definitely recommend to visit if they are in the opposite.

It seems there was only one vegan options clearly labeled when I visited which was a mushrooms hot pot bibimbap. The taste was really average nothing extraordinary the banchans are not vegan except for a soybean/carrots dish with sesame oil. Otherwise useful in this area of Busan.

Delicious food and the free water was also a little bit flavoured (I would guess it's rice flavours) it's really good

Tldr; excellent place to get a vegan bibimbap. Cheap clean and fast service. Best pages in town. Finding a good vegan bibimbap is harder than it seems, but we found this great place happy. The owner understands what veganism means and he avoids serving something with fish sauce. There are 2 vegan choices, normal tofu and tofu with mushrooms that cost a little more. We took the mushroom version. It was simply delicious, with a nice amount of ingredients. He also gave us all the gochujang jar, so you can regulate the amount of spiciness. Best tasting Bibimbap we had on a big edge. Surprisingly cheaper than other Bibimbap sites we tried while with larger portion sizes. The sites previously served really good tasting and fresh, probably the best pages we were served during our trip in Korea. Unfortunately, the Kimchi was not an option, but the included 3 pages were for it. The sprouts were addicted. The Makkaroni Mayo was freezing. Service is super fast, you will probably eat less than 3 minutes after ordering your choice. Water seemed to be infused with a green tea, which was also an additional plus. Do not let the owners fear of someone, he is very nice and friendly, only always busy with ensuring that everything is going well. The place is spacious enough that you can come without reservations. Also has some nice strong fans when the weather is too warm. Imagine about 8:00, so try to get the last order before 7:00. We loved this place, we returned here twice and would definitely return in the future. Can be highly recommended.
