The restaurant was peaceful as it had just opened, but the food was fantastic. I would certainly return.
This restaurant is a nice place to visit, but it is a bit pricey for what you get. I am not familiar with the area, so this might be the typical cost for dining in Bury St Edmunds.
I ordered the Professor Moriarty Bowl, while my son had the Rainbow Bowl. Both dishes were delicious. We also enjoyed a delightful chocolate and orange cake. The staff were friendly and we had a nice conversation about our vegan journeys. The cocktails looked amazing. I used to live near Bury and had forgotten how charming and intriguing the town is. I will definitely be booking a weekend getaway in Bury soon and I already know where we will be dining.
Friendly place with a small but perfectly formed lunch menu. Great cauliflower and chickpea wrap. Hot food a bit less impressive and (maybe I expect too much) a bit expensive. But I would definitely go back!
Great bit of carrot cake, super cute tea set and excellent, friendly service. Couldn't ask for more.
