Still open when the rest of the world was shut. We got there 8 seconds before closing time but still couldnt do enough for us. Perfect pizza and cheesy garlic bread. Rescued our night, I'll head straight there next time.

I will be reporting this place to the relevant bodies after placing and order the owner demanded more money even though I’m well within the allotted radius for free delivery . Dishonest practice don’t advertise free delivery then try and extort more money from customers disgraceful behaviour

I 've used this takeaway many times since it opened in the late 1980 's and generally the food is quite good. Tonight I ordered a special mixed kebab on pitta, a 9 garlic bread pizza and a chicken fillet burger meal. When it arrived the chicken fillet burger was missing as was the soft drink that came with it also they had given me mean rather than pitta. I phoned zaidy 's and told them that half the order was missing. The man I spoke to became very defensive and questioned whether the part of the meal missing was actually half. When i asked why he was arguing with me about percentages he became very aggressive and was shouting down the phone. He asked if I had had a bad day at work, I told him he shouldn 't speak to customers like that and again he became really aggressive and shouty. When he had stopped shouting I said to forget the order and I wouldn 't use them again, he said whatever and put the phone down on me. This is a totally unacceptable way to treat a paying customer who 's order you had messed up. There was no offer of refund or replacement food. I would suggest giving this place a wide swerve not least due to its zero food hygiene rating! Incidentally I got a text about an hour later from zadies that just read 'sorry '....

We've ordered from here a few times. Food always come hot and on time and prices are reasonable for what you get
