This restaurant is outstanding. They have been operating for almost 7 years and I have never been disappointed. 9/06/18. starter, where 2 black pudding starter 1 suppe of the day (cauliflower stilton 1 grilled goat cheese .. 4 starter eaten and enjoyed. main dishes included 1 burger 1 lamb 1 lasagne 1 steak .. but again all main meal was completely enjoyed.. the staff is very friendly and it was a very pleasant thinning experience.
Between us we had the fish plate, truthahn frying dinner, salmon special and plower all tasty luv the fact that I live five minutes away from such a big pub.
I saw an advert for this pub in one of those free magazines that come through the door. I took an old lady to celebrate her 95th birthday. There was a good choice of main meals but I would like to see more vegetarian. We settled for salmon (without the ham wrap) but was disappointed it didn't come with any vegetables. It was delicious and hot. The desert was nice, apple crumble but only 1 small scoop of ice cream. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. It was a bit pricey for a lunch for 2 people but it was her birthday so I paid. Might go again, might get a smaller portion for the old lady.

Absolutely top notch food! Pub food? Not this! This is first class and so pleased we found it! On our doorstep and had never thought of eating there before x
