Ordered breakfast for delivery. Only ordered 2 meals and did not get the sandwich for one of the meals. How the hell can you miss out the MAIN part of a meal??? The meal was for my daughter as well, so just when I thought I could have a nice relaxing start to Mothers' Day, I ended up having to sort this **** out. Of course you can't contact the restaurant directly as they just tell you to go through Uber Eats. Uber Eats can only refund not request a replacement sandwich which is what I needed. This is not the first time this restaurant has incorrectly delivered an order I usually refuse to get a delivery as they get it wrong 90% of the time. Even in the restaurant they often get it wrong, but at least you can speak to someone to correct it. And the food was cold by the time we did get it.
Yet again Radcliffe has got my order wrong other week gave me wrong order when I used uber now tonight my friend walked down for a plain burger but yet again they messed it up time and time again its happening and you don't get anything in return for their mess whether uber saying sorry but they can't do anything or going back to store and they say nothing I remember when if your order was wrong you would get a replacement and something extra cause of the hassle
Should be an option for zero stars as 1 star is far too generous for this place and its inept staff. Customer service skills non existent, service dreadful, food stale and cold. Half an hour wait with no apology, food order wrong when it finally arrived, again no apology. Wasn’t even busy. Don’t expect 5 star service in a “fast food” restaurant but this place is the pits.
AVOID McDonald's Radcliffe the WORST ever under measures on drinks without ice below 0.4l every time, tried speaking with the manager Chris other team members all believe this is legal as I have no ice, actually sniggering at me the whole time. Then eventually topped my drinks up with water which made all of them flat.Trading standards need to visit this store! Asked for fries with no salt so expected a little wait 30 minutes wow, then the server left all our food next to the till unbagged took meals out to the carpark customers. On his return 5 minutes later (no exaggeration) I asked for it all to be replaced as all now cold cost £25. I was told the manager would need to decide, 10 minutes later the manager appeared. Whole meal experience was a joke. I could go on, the worst customer service ruined our whole evening.
Service is dogsh*t, forgot my burger then expected me to drive down and get it. Its your responsibility to get it to me if i'm going to pay 4 quid for delivery so like f*ck i'm going out of my way because putting food in a bag is such a hard job.
