What L B123 doesn't like about Levanter Fine Foods:
I have always been a supporter and regular customer of Levanter, but my recent experience was very disappointing due to terrible customer service. I hope that management train their very young staff to welcome their customers warmly, speak to them politely, check how they are enjoying their food and bring the bill when asked. All basic expectations but we received none of the above. We were made to feel like an incon... View all feedback. What User likes about Levanter Fine Foods:
what do they give a dame that has just spent the last week in some of the most royal infirmary, 1kg of first-class steak of an 8 year old galician dairy cow, of course. levanter has been on our radar for some time when I had pinched for something like the joys of donostia, but if they announced in the juni, they would store the above mentioned bark (from which I tried on my previous san sebastian journey) on an first... read moreLevanter has become a polarizing dining option, with experiences ranging from exceptional to profoundly disappointing. While some patrons praise its flavorful tapas and friendly staff, others report inadequate service and cramped seating. Similar sentiments are echoed for Baratxuri, where customers faced limited table space and average fare that didn’t justify the price. Consistently, issues with service have troubled both venues, with staff training noted as an area needing improvement. Ultimately, while quality food and a pleasant atmosphere are cited, many diners remain hesitant about returning due to past experiences.
