Home Run Parkhills - Bury

This restaurant is terrible. I ordered an American Hot pizza with jalapeños, but there were none on it. I also added fresh chillies and only received a very small amount. I asked for ham and only got two tiny pieces, and for pepperoni, I got only one slice. Each extra topping cost 70p. I suspect this place is a front for something else.

Absolutely **** wait time. No manner on how to speak to customers. I have been waiting nearly 2 hours. In the end they still wanted more time! I cancelled the order and ordered elsewhere.

I visited this restaurant today at 6pm and was appalled by the lack of hygiene standards displayed by the staff. They did not wash their hands after handling uncooked meat, and to make matters worse, a rat ran across the stainless steel fittings. When I informed the staff, they showed no concern. I promptly cancelled my order and left, and will be reporting this to the proper authorities.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Very rude. Found Fly in my pizza and no one was responsible !!!

Ordered a takeaway as a little treat due to lockdown. Absolutely delicious. Prompt delivery piping hot food. Also unlike other establishments they haven’t put their prices up. Would definitely recommend.
