We are an authentic Italian restaurant where you can relax and enjoy a four-course set menu crafted by our head chef, who developed the concept at the Hideaway Ramsons Restaurant in 2008. The Hide Away on the Rock in Bury offers the same successful concept, using quality seasonal ingredients locally sourced and from Italian suppliers. Formerly the head chef of Ramsons, we bring our experiences from traveling and eating our way around Italy to the Hide Away. Allergies and intolerances must be noted, but dislikes cannot be catered to in order to stay true to Italian cuisine. Our surprise "get what you're given" menu is perfect for dedicated foodies. We are fully booked with one sitting at 7pm.

I already wanted to try one after the readings of Rave. it wasn't disappointed. we had an absolutely wonderful family dinner. the concept of the restaurant is a set menu that doesn't suit all, but what I can say is that eating was both wonderful and plentiful. the excellent hostes visited our needs. it is a must to place in bury in and among the more 'business' offers elsewhere. Fine food in a friendly, unhurried and intimate setting. A worthy successor to that place which used to be on Broad Street, up from the music shop, and which is in short supply. Use it or lose it!

I love the idea of not knowing what you are getting. It's exciting. Everything we had was beautiful and the owners are lovely. I can't recommend this place enough!
