What User likes about Frozen Moments:
I recently ordered from this restaurant for the first time based on reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised! The delivery was very fast and the food was delicious. We ordered brownies, ice cream, and Oreo cheesecake. I'm usually not a fan of desserts, but I really enjoyed them. The brownies were especially good, though the cheesecake was not as impressive. I wish I could give this restaurant a lower rating. The place was dirty, with trash on the floor and dirty tables and seats. The walls had holes and were dirty, and the preparation area was also filthy. The staff did not seem to follow any food hygiene guidelines.
