I was in here today and bought coffee and lunch for my family and I. I ordered drinks and toasted sandwiches for 5 of us and I asked could they bring the sandwiches over but they said they'll just put them on the tray. Which already had 2 medium coffees, a hot chocolate and 2 bottled drinks. I had to come back to the counter. It annoyed me because the Middleton branch will bring your sandwich over but these wouldn't. View all feedback.
What lwdcourt doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
This restaurant is not good. It is not very clean, with a sticky floor and tables. The WiFi that is supposed to be available is not working. It is disappointing that they are not able to maintain basic standards. View all feedback.
1st time at this shop. Service was slow for a midweek. Empty tables not cleared. But what was more disturbing was a male staff member going round clearing the tables with his jeans underneath his backside with boxer shorts on full view. Tell Chris to buy a belt it's not a good look.
In comparison to my previous assessment, I have observed a remarkable improvement in the overall service quality. In particular, I would like to commend Olga for her exceptional customer service skills. She consistently demonstrates a positive and welcoming attitude, along with prompt and efficient service. Furthermore, I have noticed a general enhancement in the performance of the new employees, which reflects positively on Costco's efforts in staff training and development. Overall, I am highly impressed with the positive transformation that has taken place.
Not a bad place to stop for coffee. Friendly staff.
Clean and staff lovely very busy but didn't wait to long to be served
The worst , unsavoury food for a long time, the worst americano and the cappuccino was cold, I left and won't be back again
