We hold our social nights here for our bike group, and it's always a great experience. The staff behind the bar and everyone we interact with are wonderful people. We've all enjoyed meals here at various times, and we've never had a bad dish—the food is consistently excellent. I highly recommend the Eton mess! View all feedback.

**Food and Drinks Review:**
The food was quite disappointing, and the drink selection was limited. Additionally, the manager came across as overbearing. We were attending a farmers' function and were told that our small terrier couldn't stay, despite the bar staff mentioning it would be fine since there were several other dogs in the area. At least this kept us from trying the food, which looked quite unappetizing.
Only one stayed at night, but will go again. beautiful large room with fantastic view, relaxed atmosphere, excellent service and plenty of good food! the staff was very helpful and everything was favorable. I loved it!
Absolutely wonderful place to go on a Sunday lunchtime. Carvery served by a very friendly chef.An incredible range of vegetables and magnificent Yorkshire puddings! All served by extremely polite and helpful staff.Great value and great location also. A MUST visit venue.
Big group of us from east London stayed for a night as we had a family party near by. We all agreed the food was really good, the rooms were very clean, the bed was comfy and the staff were lovely Would recommend
