Starbucks - Burtonsville

I was very disappointed to find this huge location closed for seating and closed completely several days a week. Since COVID is no longer dangerous enough to close stores, I can only assume it's because they can't find the staff.

Drinks are a hit or miss based on whoever is making it at the time. Sometimes my drink comes out perfect otherwise times say I order a white mocha, I get hot coffee water instead of what my drink is supposed to be.

Cafe mocha is done well here. Parking and the drive thru aren't ideal because of the shopping plaza layout. Also for whatever reason, this location shows up on Maps that it closes at 3pm. The door lists a time like 8 or 10pm, and it doesn't close at 3pm. It's possible that they stop selling food at that time though. We went around 2:30pm and the bakery case was empty. They had items, but they weren't on display.

Haven't had a bad experience at this location in a while. Everyone is always nice and knowledgeable.
