I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service. I had to repeat my order for a simple chicken sandwich at least five times, yet when my food arrived, it was topped with mayo and lettuce, which I didn't want. When I went back to request a replacement, the manager was very rude. When I explained the issue, she shrugged and said, "I don’t know," then walked away and left me standing there for five minutes without returning. Her attitude was unacceptable, and I believe she should be let go. I ultimately decided not to replace my food.
This McDonald's definitely has the crispiest nuggets. I really don't want to go anywhere else because of it.
This is my go-to restaurant. The service is excellent, and the attention is personalized.
