Springbank Chicken & Seafood - Burton

Springbank Chicken & Seafood is the best place to get chips. I make myself a chip buttie. The grandchildren really love them. Their chicken is also great. We would go there regularly.

The whole family love springbanks chips we have takeaway from here and drive a little way to go there and its worth the drive. They are always busy but I have never had a wrong order and the food has always been great

As the location is outside a shopping complex the convenience of getting takeaway on the way home made me stop in here for the second time this year, unfortunately both experiences were poor.On this most recent visit I opted to get a takeaway meal that came with several sauces including a hot chilli sauce. I requested to have the hot chilli sauce on the side in a small container (about the size of a 50c piece) that they had sitting next to the counter in abundance. The desk attendee, while pleasant, was puzzled by a request that was not standard and I had to repeat it. She then asked a person behind them, which was a 2 second conversation and the answer was no. No? You are unable to provide a extremely small container for the sauce I have already paid for in my $17 meal? Apparently not. I asked her to ask her manager which was a young woman. This conversation lasted 5 seconds. The answer was no.Very poor customer service skills Springbank Chicken & Seafood. You may want to think outside the box with your paying customers and you will get repeat business, and perhaps a not so negative review on your establishment.Will not be returning.

The best food around. Generous servings, lovely fresh salads. Big chicken packs. Chips are always yummy.
