Love this place in Burton. Wrll run, short staffed because of lazy ppl not wanting to work, but they get it done! Rita and Bonnie are awesome. I so appreciate this location. A main street plaza seems like such an unlikely spot for a Subway chain, but it fits so perfectly! I've come to rely on this spot since I drive directly from to Century Village every Monday evening. Everything is prepared on time and with all the specifications.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. I do not recommend eating here. The employee did not hear part of my order and instead of trying to fix the mistake, he began gaslighting me and telling me to leave the store. I was shocked by his behavior. When I asked about pricing and to speak to a manager, he refused to give me a refund for food I hadn't even received, and wouldn't provide any contact information for me to resolve the issue. I was not rude to him, and I was even in uniform as a paramedic. After posting about the incident online, another man (likely the same employee) attempted to discredit me by lying about what happened. I believe this man has a manipulative personality disorder and should not be working in customer service. The way he treated me caused me so much stress that I ended up vomiting shortly after. However, after submitting a complaint to Subway, a different man reached out to me and promised to give me a refund. I hope he follows through. I usually avoid conflict, but I refuse to be taken advantage of like that. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a professional setting. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
