Was there from brunch we were 4 adults and we chose a practical meal. A person in our table decide to order ‘Benim Kahvaltim’ breakfast plate. It was a total disappointment. It came 1 hour late, when everything on the order is supposed to be ready made and just be plated when the order is placed. Also waited for the hard boiled egg extra 20 mins and the tea never came. I guess they went to Rize for cup of tea and couldn’t make it to Bursa on time.

Very low service quality or even non-existent

If you want to drink a frappe, a coffee with milk and 2 glass bottles without a glass and wipe your hands and mouth on your sleeve instead of paying 288 TL since there is no napkin service, this is the place you are looking for.
