This restaurant is unacceptable. The employees are incompetent and cannot follow simple instructions to make a sandwich correctly. It's a disgrace that they are unable to do their job properly unless they are illiterate. It's not worth working here if you can't do it right. No one should have to return to fix their mistake. Terrible customer service. I ordered twice - the first time was okay, but the second time was a complete disaster. It was as if they were taking orders for animals. It's a reminder of the saying, "you get what you pay for." Thank you.
I ordered a chicken bacon lunch and it was served cold. The service was not good as the waitress did not seem friendly. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

Hey everyone, it's really not that difficult to follow the instructions for making a good sandwich! This is Subway, it's not a complicated task. If you can't read, you shouldn't be working here. It's frustrating to have to come back because of your mistake. And please, don't argue with the customer. Your lack of customer service skills is clear.
