This was one of the best meals I have ever had. I decided to come here based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. The restaurant is located in Burnsville Center and the food was delicious. The owner is very kind and prepares everything with great care. You can tell he really cares about serving high-quality food. I will definitely be coming back here for more amazing meals. What User doesn't like about Philly Steak Grill:
The staff at this restaurant were not friendly and appeared rude. When the waiter tried to charge my card using the chip, it said it didn't work even though my account had sufficient funds. The waiter seemed uninterested in helping resolve the issue and made it seem like he didn't want to serve us. We ended up going to another restaurant where my card worked perfectly fine. I have been coming here for years and my top elements on the menu are the philly steak/ chicken steak sandwich, cheeseburger and chickensalwarma. they are very friendly, offer great customer service, and eating is very good, especially for a mall food court!
We made a stop here just recently, and so glad we did. Not only was there great customer service, but the food was just top notch as well. I decided to to go for their Philly steak sandwich which was just really awesome. Whats more was watching an artist at work, who was able to put my sandwich together. The steak was just tender and the meat was just cut thin enough for me to enjoy my meal. Of course it seemed that eating a hoagie size sandwich was really filling. Whether at home or at the meal the food tasted just as good. Of course having fries on the side was good, especially since they were the crinkly style. I would really like to go back, and the owner really knows his menu. Maybe even try one of their other delicious food sometime.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Outside seating is excellent. Take out great for special occasions. Have not eaten inside since COVID-19, but is a large and spacious restaurant
Ambiance, food and service are exceptional. This is by far my most favorite place to visit in Burnsville.
Thank you for kicking jerks out who support Donald Grump. 5 stars i will recommend this establishment
