Subway - Burns Harbor

Went to subway last night cause I wanted something different. Got me the reg with American cheese. Never thought I would see the day where I see something on Instagram and I see it live. The cheese tasted funny. I open it up and see the cheese corner burned black. It was fake cheese. Thankfully it didn’t mess with me Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The little light skin girl attitude is so nasty. She's terrible and should find a job that doesn't involve interacting w/ppl. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The young girl working at 7am on Friday July 22, 2023 has no sense of customer service. I stood at the counter for roughly 3-4 minutes while she messed with a tray of cookies and had head phones in her one ear. She didn’t acknowledge me or pay any attention. Some people just shouldn’t work in these types of positions. Service is getting worse and worse yet prices going higher. I think I may avoid this location for now on. Food: 1

Says they open at 6 every day. Walked in at 6 and saw two employees standing in the back. Nothing up front was prepped or ready to go. Neither of them ever came out. Ended up getting McDonald's instead. If the hours say 6am open, they should be ready to make a sandwich at 6am.

Ordered a TurkeyCali Wrap. The absolute worst tasting Subway I've ever had. Can't even eat it. Something tastes off. Gal making the wrap was pleasant. No complaints. Wasted $11 bucks. Threw it away. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
