Sainsbury's Cafe - Burnley

This restaurant is terrible if you're looking for a good fry up. They were out of everything, with no more available pieces or toasties, and everything seemed pre-grabbed. After spending £16 on 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks, we won't be returning. Find a better café elsewhere.

I frequently visit this restaurant for breakfast. The dining experience is pleasant, the establishment is clean, and the staff is friendly. My sister frequently recommends this place to me whenever we are planning to have breakfast.

I frequently visit this restaurant and usually order either the "Big Breakfast" or, after 11:30, the more affordable "Bigger Breakfast". Some of the staff members can be a bit slow at times, and it's a bit absurd for a supermarket cafe to ever run out of sausages. However, overall, there is a good variety of menu options that are quite appealing. The drinks, on the other hand, are a bit pricey.

We went as a family for a late lunch one weekend. Long queue to order from not very welcoming staff. Eggs on veggie breakfast came almost raw (despite having asked for them burning to a crisp sent back and grateful to be offered a whole...new meal but when it arrived it was the meat version of my original veggie order. Kids sides never came either. Only order they got right was a toasted tea cake! We gave this place 3/5 as they gave up and offered a full refund without my asking.
