I've got a lot of feelings about Southern Wild and they're all positive.
Hellyers provides an excellent distillery tour that is definitely worth experiencing. The tour includes a tasting of one of their products, and our guide was very knowledgeable. The café boasts beautiful views, and the service is exceptional with friendly staff. The whiskey tasting menu was impressive, and the scones were absolutely delightful.

Incredible experience! This place has a wonderful atmosphere and is a fantastic choice for a meal. The food platter we tried was the best we've ever had, anywhere. The whisky flight was outstanding, and my wife even surprised me with a lovely bottle of 17-year-old Master Series.
A visit to the working Hellyera Road distillery is must do in northern Tassie! We loved the tasting and personal pouring with a wax finish for the perfect Xmas gifts. Single malt whiskeys with beautiful varietals!
