We have tried to find good vegan options in Norfolk, but came across the hero not far from where we stay. Sunday dinner was delicious fungus and lauch fountains with all circumcisions. Even came with vegan cauliflower cheese. View all feedback.
We're regulars here and it's delicious every time. They often have multiple options but the best is the vegan fish and chips. Lovely staff, lovely pub. Couldn't recommend enough!
The hero is a wonderful pub that serves vegans well. The vegan fish and chips is amazing, made with Banana blossom and they even make it cheaper than the standard version. Depending on which menu (lunch/dinner/Sunday) they also tend to have a burger, a risotto, a roast and a sandwich or two that are vegan. Beyond the vegan options, it’s a cozy pub with really friendly staff in a great little village.
We have been struggling to find decent vegan options in Norfolk but came across The Hero not far from where we are staying. Sunday lunch was delicious mushroom and leek wellington with all the trimmings. Even came with vegan cauliflower cheese.

Went for lunch after a walk. Food was good but they do not sell and have never heard of sweet sherry. Service: 5 Location: 5
