What Hashan Peiris likes about Tim Hortons:
I used to order food from mobile app. They have a good service. Most of the food are served efficiently. Sometimes, they are efficient. I have compared the size of the chicken bacon ranch wrap with Iphone SE 3rd gen phone to make other comfortable in deciding the size of the wrap before the order. Please find tge photo below. Waited 22 minutes while everyone got their orders and left and new people who ordered within a minute got their orders. I ask for my order and they said they don't have it at the moment and offer me a different item than I ordered. They also forgot to give parts of the items they replaced my original with. So I ended up waiting 25 minutes for an order I didn't even originally want with missing items. No apology or an... View all feedback.

My Boston cream donut didn’t have cream inside. Like I’m not saying there wasn’t enough cream, I actually mean THEY DIDNT PUT ANY CREAM INSIDE BOSTON CREAM DONU...

Messes up my order all the time. i usually ask french vanilla half coffee but they always make it too bitter! its like they're trying to cheap out on the french
