I found a cockroach in my coffee at this Tim Hortons location. I was completely disgusted and will never visit this restaurant again, or any Tim Hortons for that matter, for the rest of my life. View all feedback.
Your employee Jason has no customer skills at all. Didnt make conversation, threw my receipt onto the counter and looks like he'd rather be anywhere else.
-1 star: they don't accept Tim's point-1 star: food is out of stocks-1 star: no discount for BCIT students and BCITstaffs.Good location, satisfied service, accetable food quality.
I hope I can give them 0 stars the service was ridiculous. They don't know how to make order all together they served me cold tea and soggy bagel then I asked they said machine is not working. These people don't even know to say sorry.
Its alright. Ordered a sandwich and wedge fries here. Service was surprisingly quick for my order. Sandwich tasted good, but fries were old and hard to chew. Tea tasted fine.
God I miss this placei miss the coffee i miss the croissants the Soups i miss everything since the first time i visited Canada i wish we have one here in VIRGINIAIF VISIT ANY CITY PLEASE GO HAVE SOME COFFEE ATTIM HORTONS
