Small little place right by the intersection, easy to find and ok parking. Some pizzas are ready to go in a flash for the "in a rush" crowd. But, for me, is to order something like the "very spicy" They start from the ball of dough and handmake it all from there on. You choose the toppings and away you go. 15 minutes later you are eating a perfect pizza, a small salad and a drink, for what I consider an excellent pri... View all feedback.
I noticed this restaurant on Saturday and something urged me to stop in. I was intrigued by the idea of Korean pizza, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a combination of capicolla, shrimp, and pineapple which was a delicious mix of sweet and spicy flavors. The pizza took a bit longer than expected to cook in the domed oven, but the quality was definitely worth the wait. The crust was perfect and I will definitely be returning in the future.
The handcrafted pizza at this restaurant is fantastic! The wait for Opening Day was definitely worth it. The pizzas were delicious, and watching Steven, MiOk, Grace, and the rest of the Rolling Dough Pizza team craft the various pizza pies was like watching art in motion. You can see the talented "dough man" in action here [hidden link]. The menu offers options for gluten-free and vegetarian diners. Plus, parking is easy.
I work nearby to this establishment and love going there! The owners are so nice and the food is quite delish! LOVE their caesar salad I do not care for the hard, crunchy parts of the lettuce and the lovely owner makes my salad with mostly just lettuce so caring! My mother is also going through a serious health issue and the owner always asks how she is and to keep praying! They are the kindest people and I love how they treat their customers! Just awesome!
Love their Thin Crust Pizza. Took us a while to try out this pizza location, we have been looking for a thin crust pizza in N. Bby for some time now since our last restaurant with a wood fired oven closed and is now a sushi restaurant like we need another one) Anyway about the pizza. We went on a Tues and they have large special for $16.99 on Mon and Tues. we got the ham and pineapple and added mushrooms to try it out. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the restaurant is clean. Loved this pizza the crust is not salty, very thin with the right amount of crunch, the cheese and toppings were plentiful and not a lot of extra crust as ingredients were all the way to the edge. He told us it would be 15 min and it was a short wait for a great pizza. This is our new go to pizza joint. You are not paying for a full restaurant here and I think that helps keep the prices reasonable.
I had a great experience at this new restaurant in the area. I ordered a couple of pizzas and thought the crust was nice, although some may find it a bit too dry. Personally, I like it a little dry and airy, but the ones we received were bordering on being too dry for my taste. One of the pizzas was really good, but the second one was ruined by slimy and shriveled red peppers. I wonder if they were put on the pie frozen? Despite that, I still enjoyed the pizza overall. I hope they make some small improvements on the veggie toppings. The branding and logo of the restaurant are also appealing. My only suggestion would be for them to consider staying open later on Thursdays-Saturdays.
