The ingredients are fresh and the sushi is excellent. Their bento boxes are great for those who have trouble making decisions. The restaurant is located near Holdom Station on the Millennium Line of Metro Vancouver's SkyTrain at #5-5901 Broadway, Burnaby, BC. As a bonus, they offered us a complimentary ice-cream tempura drizzled with chocolate for dessert, which was very tasty and a perfect way to end the meal. Overall, the food is a must-try, the service is good, and the prices are reasonable, averaging $30-$50 for two during lunch. The restaurant also has innovative special rolls and serves generous portions. I would definitely return to Sushi U in the future.
