Was Anonym at Sushi U a mag?
This is basically a little hole in the wall that I've driven past so many times but one day I decided to drop in for dinner. Boy, am I glad I did! The sushi was outstanding and the tempura was perfectly crispy. The service was friendly and attentive. I will definitely come here again. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Sushi U:
We loved going here as a family. The previous owners knew us by name even though we only visited once per month. The menu changes and the name change and the service change just was too much for us to keep coming back. We only tried it twice since the ownership changed and it was not the same as before. If you want to be well served, this is the place. Good people and food. My family often do takeouts, and eat occasionally.Wow, it's been 3 years since my first review here. They never disappoint us;

Cool little sushi spot in North Burnaby with very good service and sizeable portions at a decent price.Their bento boxes are very generous n terms of food quantity, and definitely the best bang for your buck.The chairs need a little bit of a fixing, as many are wobbly or feel like they could break soon.Overall, if you’re in the area and craving for sushi, it’s a decent spot with good value.

Sushi U is a hidden gem in North Burnaby that serves delicious bento boxes with miso soup for a reasonable price. The ingredients are fresh and the sushi is excellent. Their bento boxes are great for those who have trouble making decisions. The restaurant is located near Holdom Station on the Millennium Line of Metro Vancouver's SkyTrain at #5-5901 Broadway, Burnaby, BC. As a bonus, they offered us a complimentary ice-cream tempura drizzled with chocolate for dessert, which was very tasty and a perfect way to end the meal. Overall, the food is a must-try, the service is good, and the prices are reasonable, averaging $30-$50 for two during lunch. The restaurant also has innovative special rolls and serves generous portions. I would definitely return to Sushi U in the future.
