This is the worst experience I had ever.. The cashier was really arrogant and disrespectful. She also didn’t take the orders correctly, not only of mine but also of other customers’. She didn’t even say thank you. She doesn’t look being in a training period tho.I ordered latte but it doesn’t taste espresso so much and milk wasn’t smooth.No friendly customer service and no good drinks View all feedback.

Free WiFi, but hate filling that form, used to like their coffee, no more
I have probably been to this location more times since Covid hit than I did before hand. And I will say this... they have everything under control! The staff here in the few times I have visited have been absolutely amazing. Sometimes you catch a barista on a bad day but I've never experienced that here. They staff has always been super friendly and quick to answer any question that you might have. If you order something and they're out, they're super apologetic. If you're just coming off the Sky Train or the bus into the mall, definitely come up the outside escalator and enter the mall that way, hitting this place up for that much needed caffeine boost before getting your shop on.
Fast service even when it's crowded and with COVID-19 measures.
I came here on Thursday Oct 8th around 11:15 Am.I asked for a little bit extra cream, she said “no, that all I can give you” . So rude.Never go here again
