I have been ordering a venti iced espresso with milk every day since it was released. I prefer my coffee without ice, so I often request more milk. Today was the first time the manager filled up my drink due to their policy, but when I asked for a refill, I was told I would have to pay an additional $7 for a coffee. I was taken aback by this unexpected charge for more milk. Overall, this was not a good way to start m... View all feedback.
Fantastic Starbucks! Service was outstanding, super nice staff and superior customer appreciation, will definitely go back, merry xmas?
I think this is the only one Starbucks inside the Metrotown mall. They should have everything, I want to order peppermint mocha Frappuccino buy they don't have it. Then after I shop at the mall I decided to go another location, which is station square. Can't believe it, the store was already close at 7pm . The closing time is same as the mall. I thought they are going to be close at 9 or 10 pm because their store Is right in the front of the sky train ? Tim Horton business time is much better.
Waited more than 15 minutes for a latte. The location was busy but not that busy. Fortunately the manager noticed and I saw him instruct a barista to make my order next. Even then, there was a hitch. She made two other drinks first, and then put my drink on the counter, unlabeled, without catching my eye or calling out latte I had to stop her to be sure it was mine. They don't call out names here, probably because of the high sound level. But because of the kiosk layout and constant through traffic in the Food Court, it's difficult to attract attention and correct mistakes.
Make sure you get your order right. Tendency to get them wrong, third time in a row for me. How hard is it to read an order when preparing? But then again I should double check before leaving so my fault for trusting them...
Very rude staff member who turned out to be a supervisor after mentioning I was missing a drink. I tried to talk some sense to her but she kept ignoring me and pretending I was not there. When I asked for a supervisor, she said she was the one and right away gave me the business card of the manager. I sent an email to the manager and surprise surprise, he did not respond. Terrible customer service and it's a shame such employees get promoted to a supervisor level. Some 20 years ago when I worked at Starbucks they'd say have some respect for the customers but it seems over the years that's been changed to, charge customers $6 a drink, and treat them like s... and you get promoted
