I always order a quad long espresso, but on my last visit, the label said it was a triple and the c... read more Consistently disappointing, to the point of being laughable. I always order a quad long espresso, but on my last visit, the label said it was a triple and the cup felt light. When I asked if there were four shots in the cup, the staff member told me that a triple consists of four shots. I was so frustrated that I just left; it’s pointless to explain things like that to someone who should know better. I shouldn’t have to teach adults how to count. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my simple order. Despite this, I am a loyal customer and really enjoy my local café on 41st in Kerrisdale.
