service was great, also great atmosphere and very clean, however food was just lacking taste. I had the veg thali and it just was not tasty, also was not asked about spice levels. The server was attentive and friendly. We really liked the food drinks. If you're looking for delicious Indian cuisine near Metrotown, Saffron is a must-visit.

We’ve always enjoyed the food and service at this place. I’m writing this review after our dinner last night We ordered takeout and our order was ready when it we were told It would be. After driving home and opening our food, we were rather disappointed to find out that our main was missing. I called the restaurant and they apologize and told me that a replacement would be sent within half an hour with some fresh naan. Our butter chicken arrived with fresh and about 20 minutes later, along with an order of fish pakora Which we normally order, but didn’t this time. Everybody makes mistakes occasionally, and the staff at saffron are on the ball when it comes to ensuring customer satisfaction Even when things don’t go smoothly initially
