Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Burnaby

Unlike previous amazing experiences, this time it was not good: service was slow, the refills never came, potato portions much smaller than usual, hamburgers overcooked​, blackened breads and checks came wrong. Very frustrating.

The service and the food was better than The last time ,so thanks for get a little more better see the next time .are you the manager?

If you like burgers, this is the place to go! So many options it's hard to make up your mind. And the appetizers, delicious as well.

I took my daughter for lunch here. Although the restaurant was starting to look rather worn around the edges, the food and service was good. Prices were reasonable. However, parking was at a premium and there were some big craters (potholes) in the parking lot.

This is a nice place to grab a quick bite. There is lots to choose from, making the choice difficult but when we finally did, was it ever good. Nice juicy burger, good flavour, good fries, good service, good atmosphere. It's handy to the train station near The Lougheed Mall (Walmart, Safeway, The Bay). We will be back.
