It was on the sweeter side so southern/Saigon style. But really, this is average of the average, even for Canada.A good neighbourhood mom and pop shop. It was rather bland, lacking the depth of flavor I was hoping for, and the rice noodles didn't stand out at all. The dish had a noticeably sweet taste, reminiscent of southern or Saigon-style pho. Overall, it was just average, even by Canadian standards. While it’s a satisfactory local option, if you're in the mood for better pho, I would suggest visiting Lunch Lady for southern style or Linh Café for northern (Hanoi) style.

While the pork chop was decent, the chicken was dry and seemed like it had been pre-cooked and reheated. The grilled chicken didn’t have the crispy skin I prefer, and the rice was also quite dry.
