Papa Johns Pizza - Burnaby

Unfortunately, I can 't give them zero...For some reason, it is terribly bad peace of soggy bread that is covered with very small amout of some kind of things... that they call differently to, I guess, be able to sell it as a different pizza.My wife, unfortunately, ordered this terribly unappetizing thing several times through the years by inertia, as we worked our selfs hungry. I was trying to eat that thing, but it just made me hate pizza.2019, when my wife and other friends who usually ordered this thing were away, and after a hard working day, I called the same place as I was desperately hungry and was just to get food asap. I ordered one medium pizza.I was sitting by the door and sometimes walked five meters to the kitchen to finish some things, expecting my food. This is all on the same floor, and I have a very large lighten door chime button.This was not the weekend or any busy time. .I called 50 minutes later, asking where my pizza was. I was told that the person knocked on my door and had to leave as I did not respond, which is practically impossible. I was there all the time. Knock on the door may just not make it sometimes. Ringing the bell would definitely do it. I was told that I am a bad person or something like that.Okay, I decided not to call those terrible people ever again.2023, just because I had this telephone number recorded, I called the same place again, not looking for the best product, just for apparently the same pizza place we always buy (or I just though that at the moment), I ended up calling the same place.Basically, 5 years later, I was told that they would not deliver pica to my order as I am on their do not deliver book? Something like that..I looked for other pica places immediately, as we were already past normal dinner time. I do not regret what so ever! Everione should look for all other possibilities, as most of them are much better than the bad company you are just used to.Check Google and explore, I had the best experience after that.

I ordered two of the Papa Bowls based on what I saw on there website, what I received was the toppings of a pizza, literally.Papa Johns you should be ashamed ripping customers off,just terrible.

I am wondering how this pizza place is surviving with only one staff and a lot of orders placed online and in person for pick up. The pizza tasted terrible and to be fair for the lady who was working tirelessly, she was still very pleasant and helpful trying to manage her time and attend to all the orders. The pizza tasted terrible, I could have made a better tasting one. It was very oily.

We just lost a customer for good. The pizza we ordered tonight was terrible. They were quick to charge us for extra cheese but hardly put any on the pizza. What we received was dry and disappointing, and we will never return to this location again.

The last time I ordered here via their website. The pizza driver showed ON THE WAY... and that's it. No live tracking. So. For 25 mins it showed. On the way. Pizza promised for 6:45 pm. The pizza arrived at 7:20 pm. I ordered the pizza at 6 pm. Each time I called. They said the driver was coming. They called the driver. Confirmed yes he's almost there. The issue is. The drive is less than 6 mins. From the restaurant to my home. And a pizza baked and departed at 6:15 pm. To arrive an hour later. Was semi not piping hot. And chewy. And I was freezing. From waiting outside so long. Never again ordering from their site. I will stick to food ordering apps with dedicated drivers that are held accountable for the speed and timely delivery of food. I had to re heat the pizza. For the cheese to stretch. It was that cold. No offer to compensate or even apology. They just kept saying he's coming. When? This year? Next year??? Pffff
