McDonald's - Burnaby

Moved to Canada in the 1970's - been eating 1/4 pounders for 40 years - addictive, tasty and great price - lone line ups move quickly, the food is internationally known and this location is just as good as others anywhere

Always long line up for taking order since it's located in the biggest shopping mall. Staff get use to and very professionally handle.

Last week I was the Metropolis (Metrotown Mall). I was a bit hungry and wanted to have something quick. So I went to McDonalds near Silvercity. Usually I don’t go there since I was not impressed by the quality. But I always try to give restaurants a second chance, in particular since I ate a great Third-Pound Burger at McDonalds in Las Vegas. So I order a Third-Pound Burger here too. And it was not good again, except a quite crispy bacon. But the lettuce was not fresh and the bun didn’t seem to be grilled at all. It was disappointed again. And will now try to avoid a McDonalds again.

Typical McDonald's just in British Columbia instead of the U.S The food was just as good and the employees were super nice and friendly. Will visit again.

The service at this McDee`s is the worst. They have never got the order right. It really needs a new manager because I have complained about the service to the manager who was defensive and unapologetic. I have given up on this place. Try other McDonalds if you like the food
