When I went back to speak with the counter staff about it, they refused to take them back, even though 8 out of the 10 nuggets were still in the box. I understand that they may have a policy against taking back food, but the staff completely denied the mistake and were rude in their response.

I purchased a knockout meal box, in that I got small fries, chk popcorn, burger and fountain drink. I ordered the spicy chicken burger but I received the regula... read more I purchased a knockout meal box, in that I got small fries, chk popcorn, burger and fountain drink. I ordered the spicy chicken burger but I received the regular with white mayonnaise chicken burger instead of spicy and the portion of chicken popcorn was less (4-5pcs). So I went to the counter and approached the KFC employee and I told her about my order that I got wrong burger and the portion size of popcorn got very less. She saw my receipt and checked that I ordered the spicy chicken but received the regular chicken burger, then she gave me the spicy sauce separately in dip cup and told me that we serve chiken popcorn like that only. So I asked her why don't replace my burger and she told me that she can't do that. Because now KFC want to save some cost and they can serve whatever they want to server to their customers. Pathetic customer service, worst food and the portion sizes and terrible KFC experience.

I'm easygoing otherwise I could show her who is homeless clearly.
