KFC - Burnaby
KFC
Description
The KFC restaurant under review appears to have some mixed feedback from customers. While some appreciated the service and found it superior to other locations, others felt that the staff was overwhelmed during peak times. Issues with food portion sizes, confusion with orders, and the quality of the food were also mentioned. While some visitors found the experience similar to other KFC locations they have visited, others were disappointed and described it as the worst KFC they have ever been to. Overall, it seems like the restaurant may have inconsistencies that affect the customer experience.

I have visited this restaurant twice in the past week as I was working in the vicinity. Unfortunately, on both occasions, I was left feeling disappointed.
It may not have been perfect, but it was a cherished part of my childhood and I'm saddened by its closure.
The service at this restaurant is superior to any other nearby KFC. However, it's worth noting that the size of the chicken pieces at KFC seems to be decreasing over time.
Worst KFC ever. Ordered a 14 piece bucket. Person working went to the back to make sure they had enough. He came bs m and said they had just enough left and they were making more. Got home and found there was 7 legs in it! When we complained he tried to argue and say there wasn't 7 legs because he packed it himself. I told him to open it. Then he tried to say it was because we used a coupon. Couldn't even get his story straight. Very rude.
Compared to Church's Fried Chicken, KFC has really gone downhill in the last few years. As their prices go up, the quality seems to go down. Last couple of times we ate one of their Tuesday specials, we all felt kind of gross from the greasy intake so no more KFC for us. Too bad cause we used to enjoy some KFC once in a while as a treat now its just harsh on our digestive system from the overly greasy chicken.
