Always slow for carrier pick up orders. And it always take more than they say to be prepared. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The food was excellent, and I really enjoyed my sushi and sashimi box. The tuna and salmon were incredibly fresh and delicious. Price per person: CA$10–20. Food: 5/5. Service: 4/5. Atmosphere: 5/5. Recommended dishes: Miso Soup, Tuna, Tuna Sashimi, Tempura.
So I can't comment on the food. Atmosphere-wise it seemed okay, but I wasn't there long enough to give a full honest opinion of it. We walked in around 7:00 p.m., it wasn't busy. There was only a few tables with a few people at them. I'm not sure if they were short of staff, but we stood there for a few minutes without any acknowledgment, then I suggested we just go sit at a table, I thought I caught the eye of someone, but I could have been wrong. We sat at the table for less than 10 minutes but more than five, and nobody came to us. So we left. I could see three staff people from where we were sitting. All behind the counter and appearing busy to be fair, but one would have thought there would have been some significant sense of acknowledgment of our presence. Hard not to notice us as there was so few people in the restaurant at the time. I had heard the food was pretty good and the portions were reasonably sizable. I was looking forward to trying this out and had been planning on going for the past few weeks. So needless to say it really was a disappointment. Obviously I can't give a honest opinion about much, but initially, the service, extremely lacking. Hopefully if you choose to go there you have more success than I did. Not sure I'll bother giving it a second chance, there's lots of sushi restaurants in the neighborhood, and most of them are reasonably good.
Usually serves great food. Occasionally their fish is off but very volumy and great. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
The atmosphere here is very relaxed, and the value is outstanding! You receive a generous amount of food for your money, and it always tastes fresh and delicious. If you're seeking a place that offers good value without being overly fancy, I would definitely recommend it. Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 4/5
