Feedback
A recent review of a Thai restaurant reveals mixed opinions. Some found the food disappointing, with dishes lacking in flavor or being too salty. Others, however, praised the friendly service and delicious menu offerings such as curry, fried rice, and skewers. While some felt the prices were high, others appreciated the affordable lunch specials. Overall, the restaurant seems to offer a variety of tasty dishes, but opinions vary on the quality and value of the dining experience.
I ordered the pad thai with chicken and sweet curry. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The pad thai was a bit sweeter than I prefer but it was one of the best dishes I've had. The sweet curry didn't quite hit the spot for me, but I would try a different curry next time. Overall, I really enjoyed the meal.
I was recommended this restaurant by a friend before going to watch a movie at Metrotown, so I decided to try it out for dinner. The restaurant had a simple decor that still felt cozy. It was divided in half, which made it seem smaller than it actually is. For dinner, we ordered the Phad Thai for $13.95 (#39A) without peanuts, with them served on the side as requested.
Good eats. Food is always hot and fresh. Can never go wrong with the Tom Kah gai soup. Definitely the best in the neighborhood. Satay always a winner.
The food here was good and the ambience was quiet and service, fast. We shared a chicken pad thai a seafood combo, but the prices, according to me, are exorbitant! May come back but only on a special occasion of some sort.
Who remembers entertainment book coupons? In relatable terms, they are the hard copy version of groupons and other online deal sites. Given the evolving market space and the changing of people’s preference: to not tote around any more than they have to; I was surprised that this book of coupons still existed. Who remembers to check the book and pull out a coupon on their way to dinner? Or who wants to be chokeheld into only eating from participating vendors, in order to get their money’s worth from the book?
