Fatburger Lougheed Burnaby

STAY AWAY!!These people on the picture’s are very rude,I ordered burger then I asked for the wifi password the first guy he said we have a wifi password when u trying to find it for me that girl with blue shirt she yelled at him and told him to don’t give me the password I said ok no problem then I took a picture and went back to my table , after a minute this guy came he said you cannot take a picture to my girlfriend!! I asked him do you work here he said no but you can’t take pictures , I took picture to only complain at what happened,, whatever , they are so rude and never back here again .

Ordered a king burger with cheddar cheese and got Swiss. Which was okay because they replaced it with what I ordered but simply put they just slapped my replacement nurger together veey poorly. Burger patty was in hacked to pieces like they were angry at me for them screwing up my order. Burger just fell apart right away . Not happy with this particular Fatburger. NEVER HAD A BROKEN UP PATTY LIKE THAT ANYWHERE. .

I had the ultimate BBQ burger it was delicious and moist I also tried the ultimate burger and…wow perfect 4 of 5 stars I would suggest this for dinner or lunch

Wow, what a disappointment. We’ve had FB a few times, but thought we’d give this location a try on UberEats. The chicken was ok, but the King Burger was absolutely foul. It wasn’t assembled in a way that was fit for consumption (kind of like two blobs of beef with toppings haphazardly put on it. what really put us off was how disgusting the meat was. It was like steamed or boiled or something? Just gross and the flavour was so awful. We will NEVER eat here again or any location.

Rarely post reviews but the experience at this location was so poor. Upon entering the restaurant I noticed that nearly every single table was unclean with leftover food, dishes, wrappers etcs from previous guests. Garbages were overflowing, it was disgusting to see. Two staff working one of whom was on her phone clearly not interested to be there. The other guy finally got around to the front and took our order. He was alright. Eventually the girl on her phone started cooking but she was more interested in her phone than paying attention to what she was doing. My fiance and I sat at one of the only clean tables, while the cashier guy started cleaning up, which was good to see, but a little too late. Who knows how long that sanitizer liquid was sitting there. Anyway once another table was cleaned we moved to that one as the seating was more comfortable. The place just had this unkept dirty feeling to it. The windows were all greasy looking and unclean, the mat at the front door that had the Fatburger logo was in poor condition, there was sign hanging in the window that was falling down. The chair and table legs were filthy looking with grease and build up as well as the floor was gross. The place needs a good through cleaning from top to bottom. The food was ok. The Fatburger in Coquitlam is much better, nice and clean, pleasant to be in staff working there who actually want to be there, skip this Burnaby location.
