The matcha tasted far too bitter, indicating there wasn’t enough milk/sugar. And the coconut jelly tasted slightly sour and rotten. The pearls itself wasn’t bad.

Thank you for your review, we are so sorry about you had such an experience.We take every issue very seriously, but this cup of Golden Aged Black tea is definitely not from Metrotown Chatime cuz we checked the orders in the last two weeks 9/25-10/6 and did not find this drink.Could you let me know when to come to Metrotown Chatime.Thank you again David for leaving us a comment. This time I order no ice, and they put so much ice in the cup, make me feel disappointed. Tea is average, not as good as other locations. Thumbs down ? never come here again.

The location is convenient, close to the Metrotown entrance near the SkyTrain and bus station. The drinks are decent, and while many staff members are friendly, this can be inconsistent. However, the food quality is hit or miss—sometimes very good, other times quite disappointing—and portion sizes tend to vary.

I completely forgot to ask for the purple packet that... read more I ordered the BT21 Kosmos drink with coconut jelly and a lychee green tea with aloe, both in large sizes. I completely forgot to ask for the purple packet that I was supposed to receive, so I didn’t get one. The line was quite long when I arrived, but it moved quickly and I didn't feel rushed to place my order. The wait for my drinks was reasonable considering the crowd, so they seemed pretty efficient. The drinks were tasty as expected, although 50% sugar was still a bit too sweet for me. Next time, I'll try 30% sugar.
