What John Selvanayagam doesn't like about Cactus Club Cafe:
The food was okay, to be expected as in nothing special. What we didn't enjoy was the service we received. I find that because we are a younger couple we tend to get poor service because apparently young people don't tip well. Disappointing. It took forever for the food to come and forever for our server to take our order. View all feedback.
Servers were very friendly and enthusiastic. Their butternut squash ravioli is to die for. Also, they offer one of the best lettuce wrap!
My wife and I travelled from Portland Oregon to celebrate our wedding anniversary and decided to try this spot out, And boy are we glad we did! Our server Kyle was the man and he gave us amazing service and doubled as our BC tour guide. High recommend this spot!
Had an amazing time at the cactus club. I am part of the management team at a restaurant downtown and I must say that Ayesha is a stellar employee. She was so much fun and had such an amazing energy to her. Exactly what you want when you come into any restaurant. Such a great employee : thank you Ayesha for such a great dinning experience.
I came up from Seattle and on my way back home stopped by this Cactus club for a drink. Alex the bartender was an awesome dude and I had a great chat with him over a great beer. Although I came in close to closing time, service was great and I will definitely stop by next time I'm in town.
The staff were fantastic. Friendly, engaged and interested in making it a fun friendly visit. Naomi and Sia make it another great visit to the Cactus Club. Thanks!
