Contribute FeedbackThe reviews for Wendy's are a mixed bag. Some customers enjoy the affordable prices and tasty menu items, such as the spicy chicken and junior bacon cheeseburger. Others find the service lacking, with issues like incorrect orders, unfriendly managers, and slow lines. However, many appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant and the variety of senior specials available. Wendy's seems to be hit-or-miss depending on the location and staff, but for those looking for simple cheeseburgers or a quick salad, it might be worth a visit.
Just a quick snack when I didn't get a chance for lunch. The spicy chicken was on special for $3. It was good. Very spicy the way I like it.The fries were chewy rather than crisp but they were okay.Excellent service. The staff appear to work well together. The place was very clean.
Almost daily we visit this restaurant and find the employees great. The design of the eating area gives lots of light. The tables and floors are kept clean. The workers know their positions and do it well. We are seniors, so "love" their senior specials - keep up the good work.
They always get my drive through order correct. Very friendly service. Food is always to Wendy's standards.
Only rated this place as average, as what can one expect for a fast food restaurant, but saying that the junior bacon cheeseburger and baked potato can hit the spot at a reasonable price.
My parents love going to Wendy's, because the burgers have good vegetable garnishings and free senior tea/ coffee. Their promotion sometimes offer sandwiches with mushrooms and spring mix vegetables. Sometimes their receipts offer $2 discount on the next order, so I give it a try. There is usually just 1 cashier, and the cashier is more used to working at the drive through (my mother notices) so he fumbles at the counter...it only took 4 or 5 customers to clog up the line up. Coupons can usually be keyed into the order by the cashier without manager's code/ intervention at other fast food chains, but Wendy's require manager's over ride on a $2 (outrageous and hilarious) coupon...more line up ensues. There is little variety in desserts, drinks etc. For variety, I would go to McD. For the meat and garnishings, I would go to Harveys, Subway or Quiznos. With the $2 coupon, the Wendy's combo meal still comes to nearly $10. All the other fast food chains are faster. Even Arby's is faster than Wendy's. And they have curly fries.
