What James wilson doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I waited over 17 minutes for a coffee and a bagel, while large groups of people who ordered 10 minutes AFTER me got their orders faster. There is another gentlemen who has been waiting even longer than me. There is five staff members running around like chickens with their head cut off. Management seems non existent. Terrible experience. The man serving me and my bf got the drink order wrong and didn't even hear us ask for our donut.The store itself looks very nice, but the service is definitely sub-par.
It's a Tim Hortons. Get decent soup and sandwiches, donuts, cookies and TH coffee. Busy during rush hours but they work hard to keep waiting times down.
My girlfriend and I just wanted to grab a couple of drinks and a donut. They messed up her order. She had asked for a white hot chocolate with a Chai tea bag, but instead gave us a hot chocolate and a seperate Chia tea. I guess the cashier didn't hear we had ordered a donut as well. The place looked nice and new, although there was some cleaning that needed to be done. They did rectify the situation, although the whole experience was awkward and could have been handled a bit better.
Making of sandwiches took a bit. Only 1 person in front but all in all it was a good
The counter staff guy named josh is not trained well for basic order like french vanilla so he called someone may be named emily she too don’t know how to do that so manage helped them out after taking my order they all went inside maybe baking room and did not come outside for 4 min. Like literally i have shout to call them back … but then came to inform that their french vanilla machine is empty.. like it take 3 people and 4 min to discuss and inform me that …customer service is too slow ..they took 10 min for that
