What Sandra R doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
11/16 at around 9:30amThe pink-haired woman behind the counter provided unacceptable service. I ordered a cinnamon bagel and two London Fogs, and she said she couldn 't make them because it is a pain in the butt, exactly as she put it. She continued by saying that even though she was preparing the drinks for me, I hadn 't donated something... I have donated my fair bit to the Smile Cookie charity as I frequent Tim Hortons like many others, so this commentary is disappointing. When all I wanted was a cup of tea, I felt like a bother instead.
Absolute worst Tim hortons around. With no one in the drive through you will still wait 10 minutes to get a coffee. Staff is in slow motion.
Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes, pulled up to the screen to order just to sit there for another 5 and wait for someone to take our order… just drove off, seriously hire more staff or hire people that can do their
I went through the drive thru to order some drinks today pretty standard. I just wanted to leave a review because I was getting my phone ready to scan and pay, and while my phone was loading the drive thru employee accidentally shined the bar code scanner laser directly into my eyes for a couple seconds until I had to duck. It's dangerous in general to shine a laser or light in someone's eyes, especially if they're in a vehicle. I believe it was an honest mistake and thought to bring it up so staff can know about customer safety
Overall consistent calibration in machines, only thing is they don't stir sugar in so always ask for a stir stick.
