Sushi Masayuki - Burlington

Casual and clean restaurant that serves good quality sushi for the price. The rice has the right amount of firm with good chew. Fish is just the right thickness. The cooked food is very good too. One of the few places in southern Ontario that serves chawanmushi, or Japanese steamed egg custard. Tako (octopus) is sliced thin and deep fried with tempura batter and is one of many delicious appetizers. The only reason for one less stars is, although service is friendly, they seem understaffed and disorganized. We were seated at our table for 10 minutes before we were given menus or offered water.

Absolutely Not Worth that money ...Just an average sushi place with high high prizes !!! We are family traveling a lot and eating outside very often! Today we came for sushi dinner to celebrate birthday! We have waited at least 25 min before waitress approached us to give us a menu and we could ask for drinks.They did not bring all food together so we all could start eating the same time! Food was ok, but we know some other places in the area that you can get definitely better service and better food for your money!!!

Several months after the first visit, this restautrant continues to serve excellent sushi in a bright, clean, and relaxing setting. Dining room set-up is conducive to social and business lunches alike. Prices are a bit high relative to lesser venues, but reflects overall quality. Service is exemplary. Overall a great lunch experience.

Tried this hidden gem tonight. Atmosphere is unpretentious. Plain and simple. I ordered the tasting menu. What a wonderful experience. Presentation was good and flavours beyond description. This is a must try.

We were looking for a new Sushi place to try and saw the amazing reviews on line. Hard to believe but we were not disappointed- some of the best sushi ever in the area. Very pleasant Japanese staff and simple but authentic set up. Went back again the next week and look forward to many more returns.
