Starbucks Coffee Company - Burlington

Starbucks, a beloved coffee chain, is a go-to spot for many, but there's room for improvement Some find Starbucks a bit pricey compared to other coffee options. Service fast and overall friendly considering how busy it is. The staff is polite and pleasant. Ambiance average, nothing special they are so many better locations.

This Starbucks location is my go-to coffee place! Their drinks are consistently delicious, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. I love the wide variety of options and the convenient locations. A coffee lover's paradise!

Visited this 6 mins before the closing time. I was denied entry and was told they can't take order even though coffee takes only 2-3mins. The employee was rude and least concerned about customer satisfaction.

Denied entry at 8:54pm, saying we're closing in 5 mins. Doesn't make sense to me since they are selling the closing time as 9pm. The customers stupidly drive to the place, wasting their time, but are denied service because the staff is just TOO LAZY! DISAPPOINTED!

The workers here are super nice and when I have questions about the menu/my order they are always happy to help. The place is always super busy and i feel like i have to yell to be able to talk to the person across from me. when we went to sit down and enjoy the food, the table was dirty but it was cleaned up easily by the two of us. the people around us usually join in and it’s a good atmosphere overall. i’d like starbucks prices to drop slightly but its ??
